Additional Fees Beyond Product Price

For each order and each delivery address:

For each order and each delivery address, shipping is free (covered by the Company) for purchases of ¥30,000 (tax included) or more. For purchases under ¥30,000 (tax included), a shipping fee of ¥2,000 (tax included) will be charged.

Payment Methods

Credit card and smartphone payments are available:

  • • Safari: Apple Pay
  • • Chrome: Google Pay
  • • Other options: PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay (subject to confirmation).

Payment Deadlines

  • • Credit Card Payments: Subject to the terms of the respective credit card company.
  • • Smartphone Payments: Payment must be made at the time of order.

Delivery Time

We strive to arrange shipments as quickly as possible. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the order volume. After receiving your order, we will notify you via email of the expected delivery date. Once shipment preparation is complete, items will be dispatched sequentially. Delivery will typically take 1–7 days, depending on the destination.

Important Notes

  • • No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or during the New Year’s holidays and Obon holidays.
  • • International shipping and delivery to forwarding services are not available.
  • • Orders with multiple delivery addresses are not accepted.
  • • Delivery date options may vary based on conditions; please confirm them in the shopping cart during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

As a rule, we do not accept changes or cancellations after orders are placed. However, in certain cases, changes may be accepted depending on the circumstances. Please contact us using the inquiry form provided.
All ceramics are handmade. As each piece is unique, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to differences in product appearance.
If there are defects in the product delivered to you, please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Specific Guidelines

  • • Returns or exchanges due to product defects or incorrect shipments will be covered by the Company.
  • • If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the shipping and return fees will be the customer’s responsibility (prepaid).
  • • Products purchased domestically and taken overseas are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to defects.
