As described in Article 5(6), the Company may entrust the handling of personal information to third parties. In such cases, the Company will select appropriate contractors under its responsibility and will take necessary and appropriate supervisory measures to ensure that the contractor manages and protects the personal information to the same standards as the Company.
7. Shared Use
The Company may share personal information with group companies, partner organizations, and third parties to the extent necessary for providing cooperative services. In such cases, the Company will publicly announce in advance the name of the partner, the purpose of shared use, and the types of information to be shared.

This process will comply with the standards stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Commission. If a customer requests disclosure of personal information based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will confirm the identity of the requester and disclose the information within a reasonable period and scope. If no such information exists, the Company will notify the customer of this fact. However, disclosure may be withheld if the Company is not legally obligated to do so under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws.
10. Correction, Addition, Deletion, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a customer requests correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of the use of their personal information, the Company will confirm the identity of the requester and respond within a reasonable period and scope. After addressing the request, the Company will notify the customer. However, if a request cannot be fulfilled due to legal obligations or other justified reasons, the Company will explain the reasons to the customer.
11. Security Measures
The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to ensure the security management of personal data. Additionally, to maintain a continuous management system, the Company will implement employee education and awareness programs. If internal investigations reveal the need for improvement, the Company will promptly take corrective actions. Furthermore, the Company will ensure that personal information entrusted to it remains accurate and up-to-date. Measures will also be taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.

13. Procedure for Amendments to the Privacy Policy
The Company may revise this policy as necessary. However, if changes are made to this policy that require customer consent under applicable laws, the revised policy will only apply to customers who have agreed to the changes through methods specified by the Company. When the Privacy Policy is amended, the Company will notify users of the implementation date and content of the revised policy through appropriate means, such as posting on the Company’s website.
